Yes. Monthly billing is cancelable anytime at the end of your billing period. Annual billing saves you 2 free months but locks in for one year.

As a rule of thumb: from around 5,000 monitored products, more than ten client workspaces, or whenever you need API access, SSO or an SLA with a dedicated contact. Quotas and check intervals are then priced individually.
