Accounts started by the end of 2026 keep the beta price of 12 tokens permanently. The $29 monthly base fee and the tracking prices do not change.
Yes, always. Every paid action shows its token price before you click — including your balance afterwards. For recurring costs the app shows your monthly total and the runway of your balance.
We warn you in time — by email as soon as your runway drops below one month, and again at seven days. Once the balance is used up, monitoring and alerts keep running for seven days as a courtesy; new analyses are paused until you top up. Your data is kept, of course.
Every monitored ASIN costs 1 token per month — your own product or a competitor, billed day-by-day. From the 26th monitored product the volume tiers apply: 0.8 tokens, from the 151st only 0.6, from the 751st only 0.4 tokens. A typical setup of one own product with 24 competitors costs 25 tokens (≈ $6.25) a month. Stop monitoring and the charge stops too.
Team seats, client workspaces and white-label reports are included in the base fee — at no extra charge. Agencies see token usage per client separately and can pass it on.
Not for the free initial analysis: you request it without payment details, we create it for you and discuss the result. Access to the app then starts with the base fee — your first month includes 30 welcome tokens, so your first own analysis is covered.
Yes, anytime at the end of the month. Tokens you already bought remain usable until you cancel; your report archive is kept.
