Privacy Policy.

How Tectonix LLC (USA) processes your data under US law — and what rights you have.

Controller: Tectonix LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy describes what data we collect in connection with scoutvo.com, how we use it, and your rights. This policy is governed by United States law (Wyoming).

1. Data We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, company name, and selected plan when you create an account.

Usage data: Server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and error analysis.

Input data: ASINs and product categories you submit for analysis.

Payment data: Processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc. Card or bank data never reaches our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to provide and improve the Scoutvo service, handle billing and support, maintain security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We share data only with service providers necessary for operation:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (USA)
  • Resend (Resend, Inc.) — email delivery of form submissions to us (USA)
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website delivery and operation of the form endpoint (USA/EU)
  • Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting and database (USA)
  • Plausible Analytics — anonymous usage statistics, no tracking (EU-hosted)
  • jsDelivr CDN — icon font in the app interface (your IP is technically transmitted when the resource loads)

No additional sharing occurs unless required by law.

4. Contact and Request Forms

When you use our contact or free-analysis form, your information (name, email, company, phone, requested products/ASINs, message) is submitted to our own endpoint on scoutvo.com and delivered from there as an email to hello@scoutvo.com via the email provider Resend. No separate database is created: your details subsequently exist only in our mailbox. For spam protection we use a hidden honeypot field and a timing check; no third-party CAPTCHA services are used.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use only technically necessary cookies and local storage by default (login session, language preference, consent status). Non-essential cookies are off by default. You can accept or decline additional categories via our cookie notice.

6. Anonymous Usage Analytics (Plausible)

Plausible Analytics is a cookie-free analytics tool that measures general website usage without personal profiles or cross-device tracking. You can opt out via the cookie notice; in that case your visit will not be counted.

7. Fonts

The Inter typeface is served locally from our own server — no connection to Google or third-party font providers.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as your account is active, or as long as required by applicable law. After account deletion, your data is removed.

9. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Contact us at: privacy@scoutvo.com

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what categories of personal data we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell data). Submit requests to privacy@scoutvo.com.

10. Governing Law and Updates
